The numbers below refer to the numbers associated with the red arrows

  1. Entrance is either by Pay-At-Door or having bought a ticket in advance. If they have an email confirming an advance ticket sale then select DoorList and you will see their record and admit them. The page shown here is the Pay-At-Door page
  2. If an arrivee either wants to join or they do not appear in the member list (see 3) because eg their membership has expired, then select this. (regular membership renewals appear in the normal flow and you will be prompted)
  3. Enter either Member Number or select from the dropdown list. A couple of options may then appear
    • If they have a free ticket
    • Add to Shopping Basket (its quite common for a couple to pay for 2 admissions)
    • You will be prompted for certain upcoming busy events - maybe they want an advance ticket
  4. Some people just don't carry cash. Cashback can be used to give them cash for the raffle
  5. Guests. If the membership fee has just dropped, there is a prompt
  6. For any entrance, that is not met by Member Entry or Guest Entry
  7. The shopping basket - you can delete unwanted items from here before payment
  8. Payment by card (Sumup), Cash or abandon the whole shopping basket
